We offer a range of properties to let from single room accommodation to five bedroom houses. Rent prices are set at a competitive rate and initial start-up costs are the lowest on the market.

Our accommodation suits the needs of most from students to all size families. We also specialise in providing accommodation for foreign workers including, doctors, nurses and engineers.

We can offer tenancies which are flexible and suit your needs, for both short and long term periods. We are happy to accept both self funding rent payers and people claiming benefits. We will assist in any claim for Housing Benefit and provide support and information. Our properties come furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs.

Registration Couldn't be Easier

There are no lengthy and unwieldy forms to fill in. Simply fill in a two sided A4 form and that is it, we do the rest. Call into our office to fill in the form or email or telephone to request a form by post.

There are no expensive set up or registration fees. We have a one off modest fee which is the most cost effective on the market. Each property requires a security deposit but no further fees or charges are incurred before you can move in, unlike most other agents, we do not require rent in advance.
